How do I Start Making Calls?


Once you have created a campaign and you’re ready to make calls follow the steps below based on the type of phone you are using.


Land line/Cellphone/VOIP Phone

1. In your account details email sent to your by support@salesdialers.com you are provided a 10 digit phone number that you can use to log in to your bridge line - First dial in that 10 digit phone number in to your land line or cellphone.


2. Once you dial in an automated voice will then ask you for 3 different passwords in order, your 4-digit user id, your 6 six bridge number, and then your password followed by the pound key.



3. Once you give it the codes it will connect you to the bridge with the follow messages "Thank you, You are the only person in the conference bridge"


4. Next log-in to your agent account by going to www.salesdialers.com/easycampaign


5. Click the phone shaped button on the left hand side to open “Calling Campaigns” options and then press “View Campaigns”


6. On the the "View Campaigns" page on the right hand side of each campaign is a play/resume button, to begin your campaign press the play/resume button and it will bring you in to the calling screen and begin to call customers (there voices will come through your telephones handset once they connect)



X-Lite or Other SIP Phones

1. Open your X-Lite soft phone


2. Once your soft phone is opened bring up the dial pad and dial in your six digit bridge number only, and then press call (you only have to dial in the bridge number when using SIP Phones)



3. An automated voice will then ask you for your password followed by the pound key; dial that in to your dial pad.



4. Once you give it the code it will connect you to the bridge with the follow messages "Thank you, You are the only person in the conference bridge"


5. Next log-in to your agent account by going to www.salesdialers.com/easycampaign


6. Click the phone shaped button on the left hand side to open “Calling Campaigns” options and then press “View Campaigns”


7. On the the "View Campaigns" page on the right hand side of each campaign is a play/resume button, to begin your campaign press the play/resume button and it will bring you in to the calling screen and begin to call customers (there voices will come through your computers headset once they connect)
