“How do I change the number of Rings?”
To change the number of rings your system goes through on each call please follow the instructions below.
First you need go to the edit options for your campaign, to do this simply go to the “Calling Campaigns” button on the left hand side of your dialer (button shaped like a phone) and then press “View Campaigns” and then next press the “Edit” link across from the campaign you wish to change the settings for.
Once you’re on the “Editing Campaign” page scrolls down until you see the “Phone Ring Time” drop down box, from here you can select how many rings or seconds the system will try to call each number for. Select your desired number of rings and then press “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your settings.
