How do I Cancel/Freeze my Account?

Our platform is month-to-month so you can cancel at any time using one of two methods,

A. Send a written request of your cancellation to with your name, and account details. Once the email has been received we will contact you to process your cancellation.

B. 1.Press the “My Account” tab on the top right-hand corner of your system when logged in to your agent account. 2. Press the “Send Account Cancellation Request”. Our billing department will receive your request and will contact you to process the cancellation.

Also if you wish to put your account on hold or wish to keep your data stored even after canceling your account there is a Data Storage fee of $10 Dollars a month.
