How do I leave a Voice mail Message?
Once you have created a voice mail message for your campaign and assigned it to your campaign you can then leave the message at any time during your calling campaign.
To do this simply waiting for the customer’s answering machine to beep so you can leave your message and then press the “Play Recording” button on your call screen under the customer’s call box. The call box will then turn orange with the display message “Leaving Voice-Mail” on it the customer Is also automatically dis-positioned as a “Answering Machine” lead status type and there information will then disappear from the screen and your system will automatically move on to the next call, or if your running one line the system will move on once it finishes leaving your message.
