What is Time-Zone Protection and how do I use it?
Time-Zone protection is a function inside the Salesdialers.com system that allows the system to check the area codes of numbers you’re dialing and if it sees that area code is outside the normal FTC regulated call hours of 9am to 9pm it will block that call from being made at that time.
To use this function you simple have to assign it to your desired campaign via the campaign options menu either during campaign creator or at any time by editing the campaigns options via the “View Leads” page. Inside the options menu for your campaign there is a check mark box labeled “Enable Time-Zone Protection” and you simple check mark this box to enable this function.
A call blocked by Time-Zone Protection is not given any kind of special lead status and is still treated as a normal contact that will be called again if you re-run a campaign.
